Finding a spouse for my son / daughter

As a part of nation building it is important to build stable households.
This means; men fulfilling their role as biblical men and women fulfilling their role as biblical women.
We must raise our children according to the role that they must fulfill in life.

We must think as a nation; no longer think as an individual
We get married for our nation; to keep our nation alive also in the future

In Babylon many of us would choose our partners ourselves, without even consulting our parents.
The idea of strategic nation building was not in our mind.
Now that our eyes are open, we will do it different and be heavily involved in the courting and marriage process of our children. Just like in the days when we were a nation in our land.

How do you find a spouse for your son / daughter?

Find respectable families in your area that have the same understanding about:

the role of the biblical man
the role of the biblical woman
marriage: monogamy / polygyny
order
domestic discipline (wife and children)
submission / obedience
homesteading
The name of the Most High
The name of The Son

Connect and fellowship with those families

See which one of their children could be a good match for your son / daughter

We must look at:

What can their son offer our daughter?
How much land does their son have?
Is your son a hard worker?
Is your son discplined?
How will your son provide for our daughter?
What are his posessions?
Where will they live?
What works did their son do in his life
What are her skills?
Is your daughter a silent women?
Is she submissive?
What are his plans for the future?
What are his talents and skills
What are his positive traits?
What are his negative traits?
What are his / her illnesses?
etc.
Basically ask many questions and investigate.

Courting and marriage

After finding a possible good match, set up a courting plan
Discuss dowry prices
Discuss wedding dates
Discuss the do's and the don'ts concerning how the families will treat each other
Discuss how the communication and counsel will go in times marriage struggles
Discuss who will take care of the parents when they are in old age.
Discuss the Thora law concerning marriage and accept it; let there be a clear understanding of Thora law between the two families.

After the wedding ...

Let the new couple build the nation, multiply and repeat this with their own chlildren
