Apartment contracts:

 

Avoid 12 month apartment-contracts, because if you can not pay the rent along the line, the landlord can have you put to jail in Jordan. You only get out if someone bails you out.

Hebrews have gone to jail for that in Jordan. So maximum 6 month apartment-contracts.

An apartment costs  around  70 JD - 225 JD unfurnished

​

Dont take apartments that cost more then 225 JD. 

That's a waste of money

Stay in Amman until your residence card is fixed. Don't go south while having your residence not in order.

The locals of the south can/will easily "report" you. The locals of the south are not like the locals in the north.

The locals of the south all work undercover for the national intelligence service.
